5. Shipping

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right:

• Contact us within 14 days of delivery
• Return the goods in original condition and packaging
• Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer
• Refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods

Exceptions: personalized items, sealed hygiene products (if opened), and perishable goods.

7. Returns and Refunds

• Defective or incorrect items may be returned for a full refund including shipping
• Contact us within 30 days of delivery for defective items
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

8. Warranty

All products come with a statutory warranty as required by EU consumer protection law. In addition, manufacturer warranties may apply as specified in the product description.

9. Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability for personal injury or fraud.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may also apply. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.
